I've been practicing mindfulness for more than a dozen years, and it has benefited me in immeasurable ways, not the least of which has been to live a happier, healthier life. To get to know me a bit better, please watch the video below.

The lessons are practical guides in how to deal with stress on a day-to-day basis through meditation, breathing, yoga and mindful activities. Mindfulness doesn't espouse any particular religion or tradition, although many people have started down their own spiritual path by pursuing mindfulness.

Learning how to handle these stressors can improve our ability to answer them in a calm, reasoned, more effective way. Not only can it benefit us as individuals, but those around us, helping to enhance our relationships with family, friends and colleagues.
