What questions should customers have before talking to professionals about their sessions, classes or services?

What should customers know about your pricing (example: offers, discounts, fees, etc)?

I try to keep prices reasonable all the time so clients don't have to wait for a sale to consult me. I will quote a price for any service before beginning.

What is your typical process working with a new client?

Each client is different so I don't have a set process; a lot of how we proceed depends on what brought the client to me. With that said, one of the first things make sure clients understand is that I'm here to guide them, but not make decisions for them. Life is hard and while I can provide insight, ultimately the client will decide what is the best decision for them. My job is not to make clients depend on me, but to empower the client with information and possibilities and leave the decisions to them.

Also, ethically I cannot answer questions about a third party unless it is about your relationship to them.

How did you get started doing this kind of spiritual work or modality?

I was always interested in the metaphysical and received my first set of tarot cards as well as my astrology chart on the same day in August 1989; I consider that the day I began my studies "officially" though I was interested in psychic ability and astrology long before that time. While I did not ever consider myself naturally intuitive, my ability has grown over the years and I have learned to trust it both doing tarot and astrology readings.

What kind of advice or recommendation can you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your spiritual field?

Personal recommendations are the best way to find a good provider, but barring that, research each one and make sure they have a code of ethics they follow. You'll see mine displayed on my page in the "About Me" section.

What kind of training do you have related to your work?

33 years of study of both astrology and tarot. I began my professional practice in 2005, but I feel like the best teachers are continual students. While I am primarily self-taught in tarot, I have studied with astrologers Elizabeth Hazel, Pam Gallagher at the Midwest School of Astrology, Meira Epstein, Jacqueline Janes, and Donna Van Toen. Currently, I study with Kathy Rose.

How do you maintain confidentiality and privacy in your work with clients?

Please read my code of ethics, but every client interaction with me is confidential and private unless the client provides express permission to share information with a given person. If a client has a service with another person present, the client is saying the person is trustworthy enough not to share the information.
