I retired from working 51 years in corporations as a cybersecurity analyst. As you can imagine, it was very stressful. My meditation practice helped me remain calm and focus.
I have meditated since I could walk and talk and over the years created and perfected the method I used then to The Dawson Method that I teach currently.
It's easy to learn and adapt to your own practice. It requires no required postures or gestures; can be done anywhere and it requires only you and your imagination. This method is a personal experience ultimately created by you. I give you the structure and you give it substance.
