What kind of customers do you work the most?
High achievers struggling with balance and imposter syndrome including women and BIPOC. People who have left religious environments and are deconstructing/decolonizing and wanting to establish a more holistic spiritual foundation. People are excited to discover or ignite their purpose work. Conscious individuals who value healing, transformation and social change.
What questions should customers have before talking to professionals about their sessions, classes or services?
First, create a list of what qualities you want in a practitioner. Second, identify what areas you need support and how you would like to be supported. These should guide you in choosing a practitioner.
When finding a practitioner, ask for:
1. Credentials or experience in their past work in the areas you are needing support in.
2. What do past clients have to say about the practitioner in the areas you are needing support?
3. Can this practitioner meet your needs and expectations?
What should customers know about your pricing (example: offers, discounts, fees, etc)?
All payment agreements are a collaborative effort between practitioner and client. My work is not a one size fits all service and depending on the needs and energy needed, we will come to a working agreement and law binding contracts will be signed before any services begin. I offer private and group sessions. Membership will be launched in Spring of 2024.
What is your typical process working with a new client?
All potential clients will meet with practitioner through Clarity Call via Zoom to determine any blockages, create a blueprint for ideal outcomes and solid next steps. This will help us determine if there is alignment as a client according to our company values. I believe in empowering clients to create unshakable spiritual foundations and teaching them to thrive by embodying the power of metaphysics in their lives.
How did you get started doing this kind of spiritual work or modality?
I have always had a gift of "knowing" as a child - clairvoyance, claircognizance, clairsentience, clairempathy, and more. As a teen and young adult, I was able to practice in charismatic and prophetic healing communities. In my adult life, I now learn from indigenous elders of different healing modalities and spiritualities and pair this knowledge with my coaching programs.
What kind of advice or recommendation can you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your spiritual field?
Everything is energy so choose a practitioner you click with! There are many practitioners that look good on paper but may not feel aligned with your energy. Trust your gut!
(And if you have a hard time doing that, I have a program for that, too! )
What kind of training do you have related to your work?
I have 20 years experience in the realm of spiritual healing, leadership training and community development under various ministries and organizations in the SF Bay Area. I have 10 years experience in business building and sales for soloprenuers. I am in my 4th year of business as a healer and life coach . This is my most aligned work yet and am honored to serve the wider community.
How do you approach working with clients who may have different spiritual beliefs or practices than you do?
I do not serve everyone that comes across my way to honor my energy and integrity of my medicine. All potential clients must to have these 2 qualities to be considered to work with me:
1. Belief in a higher power(s) - Spirit, Universe, God, etc.
2. You have dedicated your life on this earth to do good and love well.
How do you maintain confidentiality and privacy in your work with clients?
All client info and notes for tracking client progress are kept in a private database. Client testimonials are shared only with permission from client and is recorded in our database and shared accordingly. Group spaces have clear and strict community guidelines. At our discretion, we may choose to terminate our services with those who violate community guidelines.
What kind of support do you provide to clients after their healing sessions?
After every program, we offer strategy sessions to support ongoing wellbeing and will refer to other sources and practitioners as needed. Past clients will remain on our newsletter for community updates, events and offers.
