About Metanoia Meditation Spa

This company was started to help those who feel they need a place to go to find a peace of mind and escape life’s realities. A place to go and feel renewed. We work on calming anxieties and want you to leave feeling peaceful….

I, as the owner, am very familiar with anxiety. I have struggled with it for years and wanted to design a place for others to go so they know they are not alone!
