What kind of customers do you work the most?
Anyone who is seeking to connect with their loved ones in spirit and/or looking for guidance in their life.
What questions should customers have before talking to professionals about their sessions, classes or services?
Have an open mind and share any concerns, questions you have with your service provider.
Allow them to guide you towards services that may best suit your needs but don't hesitate to ask for what you want or need. Your chosen professional should be able to guide you to the appropriate service while at the same time listening to your desires and concerns.
What should customers know about your pricing (example: offers, discounts, fees, etc)?
All appointments are paid in advance and Preferred Payment is via Zelle (sharidworkinsmith@gmail.com)
Venmo is also accepted (@shari-dworkin-smith) along with PayPal for international clients.

A completed payment is the only way to guarantee your scheduled appointment and where applicable, the address for your appointment will be provided once payment is received.

Appointments not paid at least 48 hours prior to their scheduled time, are subject to cancellation or release to a waiting list.
50% of billed amount will be forfeit in the event of no-show or cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment.
What is your typical process working with a new client?
Before working with a new client, I refer them to the FAQs area on my website .
At the beginning of a session with a new client, I always take time to explain how I work and ensure they feel comfortable before we start. The more relaxed and safe they feel, the better the session will go.
How did you get started doing this kind of spiritual work or modality?
I have always been intuitive and empathic. When my dear friend Michael passed, he became a big part of my spiritual team. He needed me to deliver a message to his spouse and share information from the other side. Being used in this way, to help people I loved, was humbling and fulfilling and I knew this was something I could do to help others as well.
What kind of advice or recommendation can you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your spiritual field?
It's important to find a reader with whom you feel comfortable. If you're not gelling or feeling comfortable with that person, it's ok to find someone else to work with. Not everyone is a great match. Also be sure to ask what their payment and cancellation policies are prior to booking your session.
What kind of training do you have related to your work?
I have been so fortunate to work with some of the most renoun Psychic Mediums of this era; Joe Shiel, John Holland, Janet Nohavec, James Van Praagh, Colette Baron Reid, Sonia Choquette and many others. I'm a life coach, business mentor as well as a Certified Grief Educator through grief expert, David Kessler.
How do you maintain confidentiality and privacy in your work with clients?
Information shared during any session is fully confidential and non-judgemental. It is not my information to share and trust between myself and my clients is essential. Session recordings are available for clients to download for a limited time to ensure they are safely delivered.
What kind of support do you provide to clients after their healing sessions?
Follow up sessions are always available and, referrals to energy healers or mental health professionals are also available as well.
How do you approach working with clients who may have different spiritual beliefs or practices than you do?
It is important to discuss any strongly held beliefs or concerns before starting a session so they can be handled with clear communication and some common ground can be established prior to beginning any work, Doing this work should offer a safe space, a place with no judgement. The Universe is based in love and all paths should emanate from love, acceptance and support.

    It has been 16 years since I first met Shari. Her energy lights up the room she is in. While it was our mutual work career that began our friendship, it evolved over many lunchs and time spent together.  We had a great friendship way before her step in to her passion as an empath. I turned to Shari when I was diagnosed with Stage 3 breast cancer in 2021. I knew it very well could have come from past pain that had been repressed. My sessions with Shari were eye opening.
