I started my professional Spiritual Life Coach career through many years of training and experience at the Berkeley Psychic Institute, learning about the Universal energies and cultivating Clairvoyant, distant  and hands-on-reading and healing skills.  Training in many bodywork and energy work modalities followed. Opening my practice in 1990, which included teaching, meditation, healing and graduate women's clairvoyant programs as well as private consults and life-mapping.  

In a coaching session, we start with a conversation about goals, the place you have come to, acknowledging what is working and what you feel needs to be changed and how these understandings fit into your life purpose,  presenting options as to how to approach your path.

In my journey, I was seeking a way to empower my clients.  To "teach them how to fish." Many years of teaching and consulting taught me that the most sustainable approach was to develop your abilities to help yourself.  Enter in Transformational Hypnotherapy, interactive sessions where I act as a knowledgeable guide and hold space as you take charge through your subconscious mind.  The subconscious mind makes up 95% of your brain and is responsible for most of what happens in life, including sustaining your heartbeat.  It is the access point to everything - your patterns and purpose.  It also comprises the meditative mind, the gateway to supra-consciousness.

As a Hypnotherapist/Spiritual Life Coach, I help you to tune into your higher-self, mind, intuition and you’re your body’s innate wisdom while providing ongoing support and guidance as you assess goals and create sustainable change.

I help you to discover areas of your life that are no longer serving your optimal wellbeing and how to navigate them as well as celebrating your individual journey. We'll look at the patterns and beliefs that are keeping you stuck, acknowledge what is working and where a different approach is necessary.
